Postition Description
Warchief-This will not be the same guy as the chief of the tribe. I believe that the system should have seperate leaders between each other to assure no dictator in the tribe.
He gets to control the tactics and anything else related to the warriors that he/she will protect and respect.
He as well controls how we go about the battles and ceremonies
Second-As the second in command he/she gets to have control of the tribe when the chief dies in battle. Till the time in battle where that happens this position controls the diplomacy between the warbands when they get together for a battle. He will also be the mediator and
War Councillor(12)-The best warriors or "profession" from each of the divisions of the army. They come together to vote on issues that they think the chief has done incorrectly. They may also change what ever the second in command has done. If both the second and chief die then the men each take control of their soldiers or pick someone to lead them. Ventrillo will make this easier Finally you will get to appoint the other positions to the warband to fit your needs.
Champion-This warrior is the best of the best. He/She is appointed by the council to only worry about the art of warfare. Practice Practice Practice then have fun on some off time but this player will create a name for himself through fear. No political power is given to this position but you will get the opprotunity to lead an ambush.
War Priest-Clerical duties are given to this position. A war priest will follow the warband on it patrols and travel and will remain close to the army even on the battlefield. Besides being a great healer they will also learn some weapon skills and divination that accompanies this position.
Hero(40)-The exceptional warriors get a position of a hero. They are revered and feared for their actions with their blade. You will be given the best armor and the best weaponry to fight with if their is a difference in the ql. Up to the chief but you will probably be given the front line or somewhere close and get the most fun out of anyone.
Warsmith(10)- Anyone who tags along with the warband will be under this position. It isn't viewed as a bad position at all you are always busy and you will get to the best you can be faster. Though it can be inferred that this position is for smiths we are allowed to give this position to anyone and everyone not fighting.
Warrior(250)- All the players that have been part of the guild for some time and fight. Warriors decide their own fate depending on the their skill, tactics, and their weapons. If at the time of a battle where you see a weapon for sell better then yours the guild will reimburse you when we have the funds(if the cost is reasonable).
Intiate(80)- All new members of the warband that wish to fight. You will not be treated as cannon fodder if you are part of this guild. At least I hope the warchief considers you equall with our warriors if not then a change is in order. Also you will not be stuck on the front line with a small piece of wood as a shield and weapon.
Handler(100)- If I could I would change this name. With only 10 warsmiths some members will be put down here if we outgrow that number. Though we will hold it true that these members might be the ones to control the supplies during a war. Or just as well you could be some great flankers if you had your chance and that might happen.
