How to get a PROMOTION
Advancing: can be done if signs of teamwork are shown and they can contribute more to the guild by being in the position. Also must be able to be contacted.
You may only advance in two ways. First you are looking to fill a postition that has been vacated or never filled by the council. Second If that is not possible then if you are better for the guild at a position then the person currently holding it.
What we look for in a player to get a promotion
Crafters sell their stuff within the guild or allies at a reduced rate but to allies they still lower their prices but not as much as it is for your own tribe.
Giving up armor or weapons not needed to a new character in the guild.
Organising events some with planning or just create one when alot of people are on and desire some activity.
Mentoring (whole section on it).
Benifets
You go up the political ladder.
More say then the lower members just because of the majority type thing. I am trying to say as a lower member you can get outvoted easily but as the higher you go the more influence on the vote you have.
Influencing the lower members to do some stuff if it benifets the guild.
Warriors- get control of own patrol or station with run of the land until something is needed.
Allowed to go onto the main island at anytime if allies are underattack.
Get to choose the formation and weaponry of the lower positions.(chariots, pikes,sickles, etc.)
You also get better housing provided by us then what you would of had.
Merchants- More land for your farming or house.
Influence the prices for the rest of the people to follow.
Get free chariots and buggies from the guild as they become available.
Better housing provided by us.
Possibility to get more npcs working in your shop for a bigger output and cash flow (created to encourage competition).
Priests- Get to choose the diety which the rest of the people will follow. Pretty much you will not be held to a law and will have free control of the temple when it is built
Depending on the position you may come and go as much as you want as long as you still are part of the cult and just trying to spread the word of our god or are practicing your skills.
