Mentoring and Mentors

Very small section on mentoring. First off people who want to be mentors do not have any requirements but one. The requirement is that you both are in the same guild structure like a warrior helps a warrior and crafter with crafter. Then you have just an obligation to teach some stuff when they ask or give a few hints on what to do. You do not, I repeat DO NOT, have to give the money or any items to help them get their foot in the door. Most people think that you should give them something to start but then they most of the time just want to leave the game after the realize how hard it is. It is all up to the mentor if he/she wants to give you any item but they do have to help you out with any question you have.

If mentors don't pop out or are overwhelmed there may be people assigned as an apprentice. If this should happen then they are working for you and you must provide them the needed materials. But they as well must give up half of their income to the overseer who pleged his time and money for helping. This is only for sometime until the 2 are in agrreement that the apprentice is good enough to go out on his own but must pay off his debt.

To get help from a mentor just wait for one of the heads of the house to assign one to you. You may also make requests for a specific mentor like if you are friends or think he could help you out the most. For that to happen they must first accept you as a trainee. After that the head of the house must decide on his own accord if that is what is good for both players unless they are rl friends.
